Welcome to Angela Lor Photography, where every picture tells a story. I'm Angela, the creative force behind the lens, and I am passionate about capturing life's most beautiful moments.

A little bit about me: I am passionate about capturing love. Whether for couples, families, or even special events like weddings or graduation - it all starts with love. Your love story deserves to be captured and preserved.

Beyond photography, I am a full-time student at the University of Oklahoma pursuing a degree in marketing. I also recently received my associate's degree in business administration. In my free time, I love to read! Nothing feels better than a cozy night in reading a rom-com, face mask, jazz music, and a nice cup of hot tea.

My birthday is in June!
I love gloomy, rainy days. I feel the most productive and peaceful on those days.

Questions everyone is asking!

What should I bring to the shoot?

Bring an extra pair of shoes, depending on your chosen location! For instance, if you want to wear heels but the location you choose includes lots of moving, bring sandals to walk in, and you can change into your heels for the photos. I will always inform you if our location requires a lot of walking. That way, you know what to expect. Bring a small bag to carry your personal items and/or change of clothing. If you have your wallet and keys in your pockets, I will ask you to take them out. On colder days, you may bring a jacket. Note: if the jacket is not a part of your outfit, I may have you take it off for short periods. You may also bring props like blankets, photos, hats, musical instruments, and more to your shoot upon request.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

As always, every gallery will take 2-3 weeks from your shoot day to receive back. Depending on the season, it may take an additional 1-2 weeks, but I will always let you know beforehand. Note: Graduation, Fall, Christmas, and mini-session seasons are my BUSIEST. My turnaround time will be 3-4 weeks during peak seasons. If you want your photos back at a certain date, please plan a session with me accordingly.

How would you describe your photography style? How will you pose me?

I would describe my photography editing style as rich earthy tones, creamy whites, and a little moody but still bright. I will pose and guide you 100% of the time. You’ll never have to worry about where to place your arms and hands and what facial expression you should have. Whether you're comfortable in front of the camera or have never had your photos taken, I will hold your hand throughout the process!

Can I bring a friend/family member to the photoshoot?

Yes, you may absolutely bring a friend or family member. I want you to feel safe and comfortable working with me. That being said, I also encourage guests not to hinder our shoot's timeline and artistic goal in any way.

What are some things I should consider before working with you?

Before booking with me, I highly encourage you to review my portfolio, editing style, location, and photography services. To see more pictures of my work, you can find them on my website, Instagram, and Facebook.

Where are you located?

My primary location is Tulsa, Oklahoma, but I will be moving to Norman, Oklahoma, in August 2024. I will attend the University of Oklahoma in Norman for the next two years, so my services in Tulsa will be limited. From there on out, my services will be available for the Norman/OKC/Moore area. July 2024 is my cutoff for photoshoots in Tulsa. If and when I visit Tulsa, I will inform all my clients via social media to book sessions.

How will you deliver my gallery?

Your gallery will be delivered online via a link, which includes full resolution and social media download. I do not offer prints, but you may download the images to print them yourself.

Can I pick my own pictures? What is your process?

For my typical sessions, no. Why? After your session, I personally go through all the photos taken and hand-select the best ones. This process ensures that you receive only the highest quality images that best capture the emotions and highlights of your day. By hand-selecting your images, I can give each photo the attention it deserves, ensuring that every image in your collection tells a part of your unique story. You can be confident that you will still receive a generous selection of photos, each thoughtfully chosen and edited by me.
